Recover purchased credits

Request a recovery link

Enter the email address used at Stripe Checkout. For privacy, the response is the same whether or not an eligible wallet exists. The link expires after 30 minutes and can be used once.

This browser must have an empty credit wallet. If it already contains purchases, credits, viewed records or an active checkout, automatic recovery will be refused.
